Only reason it would suck is because you have vista.. I installed windows 7 on mine and it runs perfect and i slight bit fast startup time then wibdows vista. Dvd drive and audio kept goin out with vista. Vista makes pc look bad but its deff not the pc, its the OS.

I second that emotion! I’ve owned both PC and Mac but the only switching I’ll be doing is to NOT EVER buy another HP or Compaq product again. Bought a NEW s3100n and motherboard died twice (replaced under warranty) but third time they wouldn’t help me. This is a stock computer (my daughter’s) and the issue is known and covered by a “Limited Warranty Service Enhancement” listed on their website. Don’t waste your money on HP or Compaq products NEW or REFURB!
